FOSA WARRANTY

One year limited parts and labor warranty (Standard Warranty.) This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchased receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered. This limited warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use and does not cover failures due to damage which occurs in shipment or failure which are caused by products not supplied by FOSA Technology or which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alternation, faulty installation, modification or service by anyone other than FOSA Technology's service center. Seller shall reserve the right to make final judgment regarding the nature of the alleged defect. Said warranty period for products covered shall commence from the date of invoice.
